Avian services

At Vet on the Block, we offer specialized services for birds by appointment, in collaboration with our external partner, Dr. Telemachos Mantzios, PhD, a veterinarian at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a resident of the European College of Poultry Veterinary Science (ECPVS).

With strong scientific expertise and extensive experience in avian medicine, comprehensive care is provided for your feathered companions, focusing on prevention, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment.

Preventive care

Regular preventive check-ups are especially important for birds, as they often hide signs of illness. Through specialized clinical evaluation and guidance, we help maintain optimal health, proper nutrition, and appropriate living conditions.

Diagnosis & treatment of diseases

In cases where symptoms or behavioral changes are observed, a thorough and specialized diagnostic approach is provided. Based on the findings, an individualized treatment plan is developed, aiming for effective disease management and improved quality of life for your bird.
